- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have found their planning, organisation and patient consideration extremely poor. I travel for work and therefore find timing of appointments difficult. I have had 3 appointments cancelled, as last minute as late the night before. Once, I can accept, since emergencies happen... but 3 times suggests a lack of respect for patients' time and poor levels of organisation and coordination.
